Vacant and Derelict Land
The Planning and Transportation Department monitors all vacant and derelict land within the Dundee City Council area for an annual return to the Scottish Government which monitors the supply, availability and take- up of all vacant and derelict land.
The data supplied by each Planning Authority provides an invaluable source of information relating to vacant and derelict sites and assists in reinforcing and justifying national policy to bring about the re-use of important land resources.
