The public version of agendas and reports will, as far as practical, be provided on this system prior to the meeting.

Reports do not necessarily reflect the final position of the Council on any matter. Consult the minutes available on the system for the decisions of the Council. Minutes which are generally available from 1st April 2000 and are regularly updated provide links to Committee Reports.

The public version of all agenda and reports are available for inspection in the Support Services Department, Committee Services Section, 21 City Square, Dundee between 9.00 am and 4.45 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), three days prior to the meeting. Urgent additional reports may be submitted up to and during the meeting and therefore may not be available on this system until later. Hard copies of such reports are generally available to the public from the time of their issue to the Committee.
