Architectural Services is a new Division within the City Development Department which provides a multi-discipline service relating to design, cost, management, procurement and construction for building projects for all Dundee City Council Departments. The Division extends this service to the Joint Boards of Police, Fire and Tay Road Bridge and adjoining Authorities.
The Division provides a high quality service, delivering a range of projects of good design quality, that are cost effective and delivered timeously.
The Division is recognised as a leading authority on pioneering Partnership Procurement and promoting Sustainable and Environmental awareness.
The Division hold accreditation for ISO:9001 and 14001 and Investors in People.
