Dundee City Region Retail Study
Real Estate Consultants Colliers CRE have undertaken a major retail study of the Dundee City Region on behalf of Dundee City Council. The study includes advice on future retail needs in the city and how these might be met. It also includes assessments of the City Centre and other shopping centres within the city and suggests measures for their improvement.
The study’s recommendations are far reaching and will be the subject of a report to the City Council which will advise on next steps and implementation.
