Customer First Strategy
The Customer First Strategy is about modernising Dundee City Council's approach to customer services. It deals mainly with the development of a more joined-up approach. This includes the development of a one-stop shop in the new city centre offices, telephone contact centres, the Dundee Discovery smartcard and more transactions on the Council's website.
