Corporate Planning Service Plan
All Council Departments produce a Service Plan which shows how they will contribute towards the Council's corporate objectives as set out in the Council Plan. The Service Plan includes a strategic statement setting out the department's aims and objectives, and a list of key projects and performance indicators for each of the department's major areas of work.
