Lost / Stolen Card
If you have a lost or stolen card telephone:
Elderly/Disabled Dundee Card holders – 433267
Young Person’s Dundee Card holders – 433030
Cause for Complaint
If you have a cause for complaint about the Dundee National Entitlement Card or Dundee Discovery Card, complete the online complaint form or call the Customer Services Team on 01382 433558.
