The Economic Projects Team is responsible for the following areas of activity:

• Company Development and Inward Investment – looking after the interests of existing individual companies. Handling of inward and new investment cases in conjunction with Dundee Partnership colleagues, tailored inward investment information and grant finding.

• International Trade Development
  • Inward and Outward Trade Missions
  • Development of Database
  • Annual Survey
  • Overseas Market Development Grant

• Sectoral Initiatives – The promotion of key industry sectors via the following initiatives:
  • Biodundee
  • Talking Tayside
  • Tayscreen
  • Interactive Tayside

• Marketing – promoting Dundee in local, national and international markets in order to stimulate economic growth
  • City of Discovery Campaign – The City of Discovery Campaign is the promotional arm of the Dundee Partnership and its role is to lead the process of positively transforming the image of Dundee locally, nationally and internationally, acting as an essential supporting function to the regeneration activities pursued by Dundee City Council and other city partners
