Great Concertos: The Emperor @ Caird Hall

Image Title Beethoven lays all his cards on the table with the grandest, most stirring piano concerto he ever wrote. As poetic as he is brilliant, the masterly British pianist Paul Lewis is one of today's greatest Beethoven interpreters. Melody, excitement and invention are in abundance in both Roussel's famous and colourful ballet score and Connesson's spectacular Aleph.
