What if I wish to complain about the National Entitlement Card?
Our aim is to meet the needs of the citizens of Dundee, so if you have a cause for complaint, we will be very keen to resolve the issue. Complaints need to be submitted in writing by one of these methods:
- A letter to The National Entitlement Card Office, Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street, Dundee, DD1 1QE.
- An email to ddcard@dundeecity.gov.uk
We will reply within 10 working days of receipt of your complaint.
