Information/Service?

What if my National Entitlement Card is lost or stolen?

You must notify us immediately:

  • Elderly/Disabled Dundee Card holders call 433267
  • Young Person's Dundee Card holders call 433030

We will put a stop on the card so that you are not liable for any misuse should it fall into the wrong hands from the date and time you called us. In particular, once we've had time to process any transactions that may have legitimately occurred before you lost the card, we can recreate the card with any data that was in the card intact.

Although there is no charge currently being levied for the issuance of a Dundee Card, Dundee City Council reserves the right to introduce a replacement fee in the future should this be necessary. Any replacement fee will depend on the services on the card and your personal circumstances.
