Single Person Discount - How do I claim?

To apply for single person discount, you must complete an application form (29KB PDF). Alternatively, please collect an application form from one of our enquiry offices.

Or, call us on (01382) 431205 to request an application form.

Single person discount can be awarded following a claim for benefit, if it is evident from that claim that there is only one adult occupying the property as their main home.

If someone leaves your property and you are the sole remaining adult, let us know:-

who has left
the date they left and
their forwarding address
