Housing Service Standards
The Housing Department is committed to providing you with quality services, delivered fairly, courteously and responsively by well-informed employees who take pride in what they do.
When you use our services you have a right to be treated with respect and dignity and we will always do our best to meet your needs and expectations.
To help us do this we have developed a range of standards that tell you the level and quality of services you can expect from us.
The standards have been developed in consultation with the public, tenant’s groups, Dundee Federation of Tenants’ Associations and council staff.
