Lock-ups/Garage sites to rent

Interested in renting a lock-up or a garage site?

Dundee City Council has a number of lock-ups/garage sites for rent in estates throughout the city. They are available to any resident of Dundee who owns a car, motorbike, moped or small van, even if they are not Council tenants. If you are allocated a lock-up you will be asked to provide proof of identity and the vehicle registration document.

To apply, download an application form for the Dundee East or Dundee West and send it to one of our Housing Offices. To find out what's available or if you have any questions please contact a Housing Office.

Rents The rent is charged weekly over a 48 week period. This means there are 4 weeks where no rent is due. Council tenants will have charge added to their rent account.

Lock-ups

Council tenants pay the weekly charge but not VAT - £9.50

Non-council residents pay the weekly charge plus VAT - £11.40

Garage sites

Weekly charge is £2.75 for council/non-council residents
