- Online payments: You can pay your rent online using the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and Connect.
- By Direct Debit: Paying by Direct Debit is an easy and safe way to pay your rent.
All you need to do is fill in an application form and return it to Housing Rent Accounts, Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street, Dundee DD1 1NB. You can get a form from any District Housing Office or by phoning Housing Rent Accounts to have one sent to you. You can also download a Direct Debit Mandate Form. Direct Debit FAQs - By Debit or Credit Card: Call our 24 hour payment line, 0845 602 6943 (call charged at local rate). You will need your rent account number and your debit/ credit card details when calling the payment line. Your rent account number is at the bottom right hand corner of your rent card.
