Along with last year's Housing News we enclosed a tenant survey that asked questions about what you think of our housing services.
Surveys like this are an invaluable way for us to improve the service we offer to you and for you to tell us where we can do things better. So, a big thank you to all of you who to took the time to fill in and return your survey.
The responses were positive in many of our services, but also identified areas we need to work on. We're now studying the results in detail and developing a plan to address each area where you have identified areas for improvement.
