This type of housing is for people who are 60 years of age and over who require care and support to maintain their independence.
It has all the features of very sheltered housing with the addition of an onsite care team, which provides the necessary care and support to tenants.
How do I apply for housing with care?
The first thing you have to do is apply for sheltered housing. To do this you can go to the Applying for sheltered housing page or contact our Lettings Centre, Tel: 0300 123 9023 or 01382 307400. Your application will be assessed and you will be awarded a category that reflects your housing/medical need.
