Service provision includes:
- Consultancy on IT matters to Council members and management
- Development and maintenance of bespoke software applications
- IT Infrastructure design, implementation and support
- Management and operation of a central computing centre
- Communications networking
- Internet support
- IT training, education and support
- IT Security
