This service is responsible for the management and development of:
- Central Library and Community Libraries
- Community Centres and Projects
- Arts, Heritage and Cultural facilities including:
It also includes the Community Information Team, which is responsible for collating and maintaining the content on the Council's website for all Council Departments and for the development of the Library and Information website.
