- develop their knowledge, skills and critical awareness
- influence and achieve change
- realise their potential
HOW WE DO IT
We support people to:
- identify needs and develop action
- gain knowledge to make choices
- have the confidence to take decisions
- become positively involved in their own communities
- achieve change for themselves and their communities
- influence what we do and how we do it
