West End - Public Services and Resources

There are in excess of 10 public sector premises in the south west including a community library and a public observatory.

With regards education and early years services the area is home to Bellfield and Park Place nursery schools, Park Place, Blackness and St Joseph's primary schools and Harris Academy.

Ryehill Health Centre operates a range of clinics including chiropody, pediatrics and family planning.

Dundee University campus is a thriving location containing all the buildings, facilities and services one would expect to find associated with such a major academic institution.

Facilities are distributed across the area but are primarily focused out with the predominantly residential area which lies to the north and west.
