Parents and children (0 - 5 years) attended the official opening of "Central Library's Multi-Cultural Parent, Child and Baby Group" on Wednesday, 13th May 2009. This Group is run by Access to Learning Project (engaging minority ethnic families) and Bookstart every Wednesday (term time only) 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm.
