Bereavement - Help and support
Everyone will at some time experience a loss or bereavement in their life. That event will be unique to you. There will be many different feelings that you may go through since everyone reacts in a very individual way.
It may be helpful to talk to someone who is not emotionally involved but is there to listen. Bereavement counsellors have specific knowledge of the grieving process and can assist you to gain the support that's available.
