Power of Attorney
Power of attorney is a legal document giving someone else the authority to take actions or make decisions on your behalf. You can have this document drawn up at any time when you are still mentally capable. Powers of attorney can be given in relation to your financial affairs or your personal welfare or in relation to both areas.
