Dundee City Council adopted the Dundee Local Plan Review by resolution on 1st August 2005.

Certified copies of the Plan and relevant undernoted documents have been deposited at Tayside House, Crichton Street, Dundee. These documents are available for inspection free of charge between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Copies of the Plan will be available for purchase at a cost of £50, plus £6 postage and packing. Cheques should be made payable to Dundee City Council and addressed to:

Review of Local Plan

The Dundee Local Plan Review 2005 is to be reviewed and replaced by a new Local Development Plan. This review commenced in 2009 and further details can be found on the Local Development Plan page.
