Data Protection: What You Need to Know
All data for the scheme will be collected and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act where personal data is processed by Dundee City Council we must ensure that the following information is made readily available to you:

- We will mainly use your personal data to administer the Dundee NEC / Dundee Discovery Card schemes e.g. processing applications, issuing cards and dealing with enquiries such as lost and stolen cards. However, as part of a multi-owner, multi-application smart card scheme, we will also aim to improve the services that we offer by sharing information with other partners unless you have specifically asked for us not to share the information you provide.
