Support Services Division

Support Services Division provides a range of Financial, Staffing, ICT, Secretarial and Administrative Support functions to the three Service areas in the department.

The Division also has several corporate initiatives at departmental level such as the planning and implementation of electronic delivery of services, the implementation of the wider E-Government agenda, Management Information Systems, a Time Recording Initiative and Decriminalisation of Parking in the City.

In addition, the Division has specific responsibilities for a range of corporate remits and delivery of key areas of the Council's ICT Strategy, including the management, co-ordination and development of the Council's Property Enquiry Service.
