Transportation Division

Transportation policy and programmes ensure the safe movement of goods and people allowing for economic and social development within the city. The creation and monitoring of the Local Transport Strategy ensures integration of land use, environmental and road safety targets, which will provide a permeable, safe, attractive, economically vibrant city accessible to all modes of transport whilst protecting the city heritage streetscape and people's safety.
