Planned road closures and restrictions are necessary to allow for a variety of maintenance work including resurfacing and reconstruction as well as water, sewer, electricity, gas & telecom supply / renewal / maintenance works, etc. It may be that the Dundee City Council is not responsible for these works. However we have a duty to inform the public of any major situation which may arise – planned or otherwise – that may affect their ability to move about the city. We have included here a listing of road closures and major lane closures or restrictions and the contact numbers for the main utility companies in case you have a query on any specific set of roadworks.
