Planned road closures and restrictions are necessary to allow for a variety of maintenance work including resurfacing and reconstruction as well as water, sewer, electricity, gas & telecom supply / renewal / maintenance works, etc.

It may be that the Dundee City Council is not responsible for these works.  However we have a duty to inform the public of any major situation which may arise - planned or otherwise - that may affect their ability to move about the city.  We have included here a listing of road closures and major lane restrictions and the contact numbers for the main utility companies in case you have a query on any specific set of roadworks.

For further information about this road report call Dundee City Council 0800 232323 or e-mail Roadworks@dundeecity.gov.uk. For specific information please phone any of the telephone numbers given below.
