Protecting Vulnerable Adults in Tayside
A multi-agency protocol Protecting Vulnerable Adults in Tayside was launched in December 2005. It is the result of a Tayside wide working group involving Angus, Dundee and Perth and Kinross Councils, Tayside Police and NHS Tayside. The protocol applies to all vulnerable people aged 16 and over and acknowledges the complexities which surround adult abuse. The protocol will be useful to professionals working in the field of health, social care, community and criminal justice agencies.
