Terms and Conditions for Leisure Concession Card

The Leisure Concession Card is open to all residents of Dundee who qualify under the following criteria:

1. OAP's, 60 plus in receipt of retirement pension.

2. Unemployed and/or receiving Income Based Job Seekers Allowance.

3. People receiving Income Support.

4. People receiving Council Tax/Housing Benefits.

5. People in receipt of Working Tax Credit. (Subject to income)

6. Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.

Proof of identity, age or eligibility will be required.

1. The Leisure Concession Scheme is valid for 1 year from date of issue or until the holder is no longer eligible.

2. It is an offence to knowingly assist or enable any person to obtain discounts or concessionary rates under the Leisure Concession Card Scheme to which he/she is not entitled.

3. The Card will need to be produced whenever the cardholder wishes to take advantage of any of the services offered by the scheme.

4. All lost, damaged or stolen cards must be reported as soon as possible to ensure a replacement card can be forwarded. Dundee City Council, as the card issuer, reserve the right to introduce an administration fee.

5. It is the responsibility of the card holder to provide Dundee City Council with the correct information and the required authentication documents.

6. Dundee City Council is not responsible for any loss of information stored upon the card.

7. The application owner reserves the right to withdraw/amend any service on the card.

8. Dundee City Council will not be liable for any mistakes and/or omissions made by the card holder at any time.

9. The scheme allows concessions for indoor and outdoor team sports when over 50% of participants are cardholders.

10. Outdoor team sports concessions to be arranged through the relevant sporting association.

11. Please allow up to 7 working days for Leisure Concession Card to be processed.

12. All data collected is in accordance with the data Protection Act 1998.

13. Dundee City Council reserve the right to vary the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
