Dundee District Court can accept the following fine payments:-

• Fines Imposed by Dundee District Court
• Tayside Police Fixed Penalty Parking Ticket (if issued within the Dundee area)
• Registered Fine (issued after non payment of a parking ticket) where offender lives within the Dundee area
• Tayside Police Conditional Offer (Non Endorsable)
• Tayside Police Conditional Offer (Endorsable)
• Procurator Fiscal Conditional Offer of a Fixed Penalty

You can send a cheque or postal order (payable to "Clerk of Court") together with a contact telephone number and a note of your name and address. Please also enclose your: -

• fine reference number
• parking ticket or parking ticket number
• registered fine letter
• conditional offer number or payment slip (if applicable)

Please Note - Fines where a driving licence requires to be endorsed cannot be paid using this method.

If you have a credit or debit card you can pay your fine by calling 01382 432190, 432194 or 432198 during office hours and giving your credit card details and fine information.

Office Hours are: 9am - 12.45pm and 2pm - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (Except public holidays).

You may call into Dundee District Court Fines Office during office hours to pay any of the fines listed. Please bring with you any information you may have relating to the fine you wish to pay.
