![]() Adult and Child Children aged 4 months – 3 years, must be accompanied by an adult in the water. These classes help the children develop water safety and confidence, whilst teaching them early water skills through fun and play. Pre-School For children aged 3–5 years. These classes develop water safety and confidence through fun and play, whilst teaching how to float, move through the water, basic stroke technique and breathing. School Age Lessons (For children aged 5 years and over) These classes develop water safety and confidence, whilst further developing stroke technique, breathing, co-ordination and stamina. Children are also introduced to diving, survival, lifesaving and synchronised swimming skills. Adult Lessons For adults who are unable to swim or can swim a short distance. They develop water confidence, basic stroke technique and breathing control. The lessons are also suitable for Adults who can swim and wish to improve certain strokes and water skills.
