RLSS Rookie Lifesaving Levels 1–4

For children aged 7–13 years of age. These courses give children the chance to learn basic lifesaving and first aid skills, which develop through each of the 4 levels.

Bronze Medallion

This award develops swimming, survival rescue and first aid skills. The award is valid for a period of 2 years and is open to age 14+

N.P.L.Q.

This is a nationally recognised, Pool Lifeguarding Qualification and will assist people in gaining employment within swimming pools as a Lifeguard. These courses are supplied by the Olympia Leisure Centre and are run at various times throughout the year.
