It is very important to keep active whilst you are limiting your social contact and/or are self-isolating. Maintaining your activity levels will help you to stay healthy, cope better with illness and reduce feelings of anxiety during these difficult times.

Here are some things you can do:

According to recent Government guidelines (11 May 2020),  you are allowed to go outside to exercise as often as you wish. It is extremely important that you maintain physical distancing and stay 2 meters away from other people apart from members of your household, maintain hand and cough hygiene, and avoid touching hard surfaces such as walls, fences and park benches. Exercising in crowded areas where physical distancing may be difficult - such as narrow paths - should be avoided.
