Some equipment has to be paid for privately. DILC staff will guide you on what your rights are from statutory agencies and can help you to find a charity or Grant Making Trust which could offer some financial assistance.

If you are considering getting a mobility scooter why not get some impartial advice first. It may be that there is more to living with a scooter than you have considered.

If you are looking for a walking stick to match your wedding outfit we might be able to guide you. Various items, including special folding walkers, are available on loan through the Dundee Community Equipment Centre.
