- Offerers will require to demonstrate:
- 1. The intended use of the subjects, to the benefit of the citizens of Dundee.
- 2. Proposed buildings investment plan, including capital and revenue cash flows and source of funding. Plans to evidence maintenance startegy including mitigation of building defects.
- 3. Management and governance structure showing capacity to meet objectives.
- Organisations which offer as a joint application, or can demonstrate an intention to share with other third sector organisations will be prioritised.
- Scoring will be carried out by council officers and will be weighted equally (with reference to points 1-3 above).
