Equality and Diversity Monitoring

Dundee City Council has the following objectives as an employer:

  • promoting a culture which values and respects the identity and culture of each person
  • evaluating jobs with the aim of ensuring equal pay for equal work
  • work with our employees and trade union representatives to achieve equality and diversity objectives

In order to monitor and evaluate these objectives, employment monitoring data is gathered and reported annually.
