The Board, having heard from objectors, an agent on behalf of the applicant, a Licensing Standards Officer, the Chief Constables representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to the variations to raise the capacity to 83 and to include the grass area to the rear of the property within the license, to include a sun room on the east side of the property and upper and lower mezzanine to the west of the property within the license and subject to the additional conditions that all relevant consents be obtained from Building Standards and any other statutory agencies and that alcohol can only be consumed in the outdoor area to the rear of the property from 11am to 9pm Monday to Sunday during the months September to June and 11am to 10pm Monday to Sunday in the months of July and August.
