The Board, having heard from the agent on behalf of the applicant and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to allow the variation to amend the alcohol capacity to (i) Permanent display 31.51426m2and Seasonal display: 8.640m2, and to amend the seasonal variations as follows: increase in alcohol display from 1st-31st December annually and a week prior to Easter Sunday (as it falls) for a duration of 21 days.

 

II PREMISES ANNUAL FEE - CHARLESTON BAR

 

A request had been made by the licence holder of the Charleston Bar to have the annual fee suspended due to the premises being closed from due to storm damage since 26th December, 2021.

 

The Board, having heard from the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to defer this item to the next Board meeting to allow the applicant to attend.

 

III ANNUAL LICENSING REPORT FROM POLICE SCOTLAND

 

(i) CLEP BAR, 96-98 CLEPINGTON ROAD
