I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

II PLANNING APPLICATIONS
(a) 23-00248-FULL - ERECTION OF BOUNDARY FENCE (RETROSPECTIVE) - 18 GLAMIS ROAD, DUNDEE - FOR MR PAUL MALIK
The Committee acceded to requests for a deputation to address the Committee relative to objections to the application, by David Patterson, David Somerville and Heather Maclean, which was recommended for approval. After the deputations had stated their cases and answered questions from members of the Committee, they were thanked for their attendance and withdrew.
The Committee also acceded to a request for a deputation to address the Committee in support of the application by Paul Malik. After the deputation had stated their case and answered questions from members of the Committee, they were thanked for their attendance and withdrew.
Thereafter, having considered objections received, the Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Head of Planning and Economic Development.
(b) 23-00441-FULL - ERECTION OF SUMMER HOUSE, DOWN TAKING OF PART OF BOUNDARY WALL TO FORM PARKING SPACE AND INSTALLATION OF SLIDING GATE - 435B BROOK STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE - FOR MR A GILBERTSON
It was reported that a request had been received for a deputation to address the Committee from Martin McLeish, KXM Developments in support of the application. Thereafter, having considered objections received, the Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Head of Planning and Economic Development and, in the circumstances, declined to hear the deputation.
