Our “on-line” application form system is the fastest way of getting your details to us. However, there are a number of ways you can apply for one of our vacancies.

• You can complete an application form “on-line” by selecting the Apply Now Online option on the vacancy details screen.
   
• You can get an application pack issued to you by contacting the Council’s Personnel Department using the Send Application Pack option. Alternatively, you can contact us by email (jobapps@dundeecity.gov.uk ), telephone or personal visit. The Department’s reception is 1st Floor, 8 City Square , Dundee (telephone 01382 434065). Please quote the vacancy reference number.
   
• You can download a blank application form to your PC. Then return the completed document to us by email or post.

• If you are at one of Dundee City Council’s Central or Community Libraries you can print off the job description and person specification for the job(s) and go to the reception desk for an application form. If printing is not available, just note the vacancy reference and go to the reception desk for the relevant paperwork. If required, you can contact the Personnel Department on extension 4065 (using the free phone, where available).

Please note:

If you are to be invited to attend for interview, then the employing department will contact you shortly after the closing date.

Details of the closing date for receipt of applications, along with a contact name and number in the employing department for any queries you may have, are shown on the job description.
