The Development Framework brings together details of established and approved development at the Western Gateway including the infrastructure necessary to accommodate the planned growth. In addition, the Development Framework details the Dundee Local Development Plan 2019 housing allocations at the Western Gateway and sets out the key planning considerations that developers will require to consider during the submission of further development proposals.
