The Blue Badge Scheme is designed to help people with a disability to lead independent lives. The badge provides parking concessions for on-street parking by allowing badge holders to park close to their destination. Holders may also benefit from a special parking bay.
Please note that it is Dundee City Council Policy to charge £20 for the issue of Blue Badges and it might take up to 12 weeks if you need an assessment.

Blue Badge holders should be aware that the badge is for their own personal use only, i.e. no other person may use your badge, even on your behalf; therefore your badge should be removed from the vehicle when the badge holder is not present. This will prevent able bodied people from using your badge accidentally.
The Employment Support Service helps people with disabilities, health problems and other significant barriers to find and sustain employment.
We believe that there is no 'one best way' to help a person to find employment because a person's skills, abilities, motivation and domestic circumstances are unique to them. We have a range of facilities to tailor the service to meet the individual service user's needs.
