(Licences under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982)
If there are no objections, representations or any other adverse comments in relation to your application, and the terms of your application are within any relevant policies of the Licensing Committee, your application will be determined under delegated powers and is likely to be granted after the 21 day period for objections has expired. Please note that this does not apply to applications for Licences for Houses in Multiple Occupation which are all considered at a meeting of the full Committee.
If any objections, representations or other adverse comments are received, or the application is outwith the terms of any of the Committee's policies, then it will require to be considered at a meeting of the full Committee. This will generally be the first meeting of the Committee after the expiry of the 21 day period for objections.
