II BOARD OF DUNDEE REPERTORY THEATRE

It was reported that Councillor Regan had resigned from the above Board.

The Council agreed that the vacancy be filled by Councillor de Gernier.

The Lord Provost agreed that the undernoted items be considered as a matter of urgency in terms of Standing Order No.17(b) in view of the timescales involved.

III JOAN OF ARC CELEBRATIONS

It was reported that an invitation had been received from the Mayor of Orleans for the City Council to be represented at the Joan of Arc Celebrations during May 2001.

The Council agreed that the Lord Provost, her husband, one representative from the Opposition Groups and a Council Officer be authorised to attend.

IV "CROSS OF NAILS" CEREMONY - WURZBURG

It was reported that an invitation had been received from the City of Wurzburg for the City Council to be represented at a Ceremony during March 2001 to mark Wurzburg becoming a member of the "Cross of Nails" Community.

The Council agreed that the Lord Provost, her husband and a Council Officer be authorised to attend.
