School Attendance Sub-committee Of The Education Committee - 28/03/2001

At a MEETING of the SCHOOL ATTENDANCE SUB-COMMITTEE of the EDUCATION COMMITTEE held in Committee Room 3, City Chambers, Dundee on Wednesday 28th March 2001.

 

Present:-

 

Mr David MURDOCH, Mr Alan KEIR, Councillors Allan PETRIE (withdrew for Item V only), Rod WALLACE (Items I-XIII only) and Jill SHIMI.

All items stand delegated.

 

The Sub-Committee resolved, under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 5 of Schedule 7A of the Act.
