I EQUALITY ISSUES AND DEVELOPMENTS 2001
There was submitted Report No 114-2001 by the Director of Personnel and Management Services outlining a number of major national equality issues and developments which may inform the Council's equality action efforts in 2001.
The Committee noted the contents of the report and that further reports may be brought back to the Committee for approval.
II LABOUR MARKET TRENDS REPORTS: OLDER WORKERS IN THE LABOUR MARKET
There was submitted Report No 117-2001 by the Director of Personnel and Management Services advising the Committee of the latest changes and trends in the labour market activity for older workers as outlined in a recent Labour Market Trends report.
The Committee agreed to note the contents of the report.
