I EXTENSION OF TRUNKED PBR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

There was submitted Report No 562-2002 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of the extension of Dundee Contract Services Trunked PBR Communication System to include its Park Section to enable the Department to meet its present and future communication requirements.

The Committee agreed that the current five year lease agreement with Securicor Information Systems be extended to include the Parks Section at the prices detailed in the report.

II ENVIRONMENTAL AND CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT - VEHICLE REPLACEMENTS 2002/2003

There was submitted Report No 608-2002 by the Director of Environmental and Consumer Protection requesting authority for leasing arrangements for two replacement workshop support vehicles and six replacement litter collection vehicles.

The Committee agreed to accept the offers from the suppliers detailed below:-
