I TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Engineer submitted Report No 850-2002 giving details of offers received to carry out the demolition of Whitfield, Quarryfield, Greenfield and Kellyfield Courts.
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest offer by Safedem Limited amounting to 853,358.00 to which required to be added the undernoted allowances:-
Utilities, Diversion 50,000
Post demolition treatment 50,000
Contingencies 150,000
Professional Fees 87,000
Planning Supervisor 3,000
making a total expenditure of 1,193,358.
